**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with customers.
- Inform customers about the day’s specials.
- Dealing with guest complaints, incident reports regarding staff or guests.

**Requirements**:

- Female or Male
- English & Thai fluent.
- At least 1 year restaurant experience.
- Attentiveness and patience for customers.
- Excellent presentation skills.
