We are a team of more than 400 smart and driven people operating across Southeast Asia. We work with the worlds’ leading pharmaceutical companies as well as global health partners to improve the quality, affordability and accessibility of medicine, rapid diagnostics and care at the pharmacy.
**Responsibilities**
- Set and oversee compliance with standards of excellence for all SwipeRx research and monitoring activities related to our public health programming.
- Lead the development of research protocols, questionnaires, analysis plans, and monitoring reports to ensure alignment with standards of excellence for public health.
- Develop guidance and templates for digital professional education and post-education quality improvement tools to improve alignment with digital learning best practices.
- Write high-quality reports, manuscripts and slide decks summarizing research and monitoring findings as well as implications for future SwipeRx programming.
- Contribute to business development efforts including concept/proposal writing as requested.
**Requirements**:
- Master of Public health and at least 4-6 years experience designing and analyzing public health research. Experience leading the design of digital monitoring tools and analysis of digital monitoring data is an added advantage.
- Experience assessing digital health worker engagement is an added advantage.
- Based in Southeast Asia and legally authorized to work in the region.
- Demonstrated quantitative research methodology and analysis expertise, with qualitative expertise as an added advantage.
- Experience using Stata quantitative analysis tools is required.
- Publication in peer-reviewed public health journal.
- Exceptional English writing skills are essential.
