As an Inspector, your role is critical to the success and function of the Supply team in CARRO. You will be responsible for inspecting and assessing all assigned leads for the purchasing of vehicles from our customers. As this is a customer-facing role in purchasing, it calls for the highest standards of professionalism but yet maintaining a friendly customer service attitude that is aligned with our brand promise.

What you will be doing:

- Meticulously inspect and provide an accurate assessment of the vehicles assigned to you for viewing to be of a minimum standard acceptable by CARRO for purchase.
- Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer service standards to all our customers.
- Clearly convey company policies and T&C of the transaction process to our customers.
- Deliver our company’s fair price quotation within the stipulated SLA.
- Ensure all reports and documentations are up to date and accurate.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your Team Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

What you will need:

- Possess a valid driving license with a good driving record
- Possess own vehicle preferred but not mandatory
- High attention to details and able to adapt to fast-paced changes
- Professional and Customer Service Oriented
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Keen interest and passion in cars with a basic understanding of cars prices in Thailand is advantageous
