The Dawn Wellness Centre and Rehab is a residential behavioural health facility located in Chiang Mai that caters to a primarily international client base. We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Communications Specialist to join our marketing team.

This person will report to the Head of Marketing and be responsible for implementing direct marketing and public relations programs and activities to meet the goals of the Marketing Department - in terms of branding and driving sales in key markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Contribute ideas to the yearly marketing plan from a marcomms and PR perspective
- Develop and oversee the implementation of consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all communication touch points, both online and offline _(incl._website content, landing pages, social media content, corporate videos, press releases, media kits, sales kits, brochures and other marketing collateral)_
- Assist in developing and executing a PR strategy in line with business and marketing objectives using a combination of PR tools including earned/traditional media, social media, KOLs, sponsorships, events etc.
- PR work includes running an inhouse press-office, executing plans yourself as well as managing agencies
- Produce monthly PR reports evaluating results based on KPIs
- Source topics and oversee monthly SEO-optimised blog production
- Plan, implement, manage and monitor The Dawn’s social media marketing strategy inhouse
- Produce monthly SM reports evaluating results based on KPIs
- Develop and implement EDM campaigns
- Produce monthly SM reports evaluating results based on KPIs
- Keep abreast of relevant news, PR and social media trends and adjust relevant communication activities in order to optimise marcomms outcomes

**Qualifications**
- a minimum of 5 years experience in marcomms for “lifestyle products/services” with direct experience in Public Relations (agency experience a plus)
- be fluent in English with excellent communication and writing skills
- be able to manage external agencies as well as execute projects themselves inhouse
- be a highly creative problem-solver
- naturally possess strong attention to detail
- have the ability to work to deadlines
- be a team player
- Bilingual (Thai & English) preferred
