Franchise Manager

This position will manage Mom's Touch (Thailand) brand (Quick Service Restaurant from Korea).
Led and managed the Franchise team as a pioneer in achieving the company's directions.
Identify potential franchise opportunities, conduct market research, and evaluate the feasibility of new locations. Collaborate with the franchise development team to negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.
Develop and implement training programs for franchisees and their staff to ensure they understand and follow operational procedures and maintain quality standards. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and assistance to franchisees as needed.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchise locations, including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. Implement strategies to improve operations and achieve business targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions at the franchise level. Ensure consistent branding and adherence to marketing guidelines across all franchise locations.
Analyze financial statements and reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks. Assist franchisees with financial planning, budgeting, and managing operational costs.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the consistency and quality of products and services across all franchise locations. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with brand standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the franchisor and franchisees. Foster positive relationships with franchisees by providing timely communication, addressing concerns, and facilitating collaboration.
Identify opportunities for expanding the franchise network and work closely with the franchise development team to execute growth strategies.
At least 5 years of experience in Franchise management, Business development, or related fields.
Having experience in the food and beverage business is an advantage.
Have good analytical skills, financial planning, and business plan.
Good relationship and personality, confident speaking and communication skills.
Able to use advanced MS Excel or analytics tools will be given special consideration.
