**Job Description**

  • เป็นที่ปรึกษาทางการขายสินค้า และบริการของบริษัท ให้กับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาใช้บริการทั้งภายในสาขา AIS Retail Shop และผ่านช่องทางการขาย Online
  • แนะนำ ตรวจสอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นของการใช้ Smart Phone และสินค้าบริการอื่น ๆ ของบริษัท
  • ดูแล ให้ความช่วยเหลือลูกค้าภายในสาขา หรือช่องทาง Online และจัดการข้อโต้แย้งในเชิงสร้างสรรค์ รวมทั้งสร้างความรู้สึกพึงพอใจของลูกค้าสูงสุด
  • รับชำระค่าสินค้าและบริการพร้อมทั้งแนะนำช่องทางการชำระเงินผ่าน Application ให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
