**Responsibilities**
- Handling customer inquiries, answering any questions and queries in person, over the phone, or online.
- Providing support and comprehensive product / service information to customers.
- Resolving customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to your best ability.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers' complaints.
**Requirement**
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (written and verbal).
- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise.
- Working experience in BPO/Call Centre would be an added advantage.
