** Position**:
Specialist / Senior Specialist - Credit Restructuring Underwriting (Corporate Banking, / SME and Retail Banking)

**Why This Role Matters**:
This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient and effective credit restructuring to drive sustainable portfolio quality and align with the bank's strategic goals. By balancing risk and return, implementing best practices, and fostering team development, this position contributes significantly to operational excellence and sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and underwrite credit restructuring proposals for assigned portfolios, providing well-balanced credit restructuring comments, ensuring balanced judgment, adherence to delegated authority, high-quality standards, turnaround efficiency, and alignment with the bank's objectives.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address credit restructuring issues, provide input, and offer recommendations to senior management for effective decision-making.
- Provide feedback and support for product development and related processes, such as credit restructuring approval, to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
- Develop, review, and enhance credit restructuring underwriting guidelines, policies, and practices to ensure industry-leading standards.
- Share expertise, mentor team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance team performance and results.

**We’re Looking For**:

- A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in credit analysis, debt restructuring, risk management, or quantitative analysis in the financial services industry (preferably within banking).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in credit restructuring, risk assessment, and banking products.
- Proven leadership abilities to inspire and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for managing cross-functional relationships.
