**THE POSITION: Marketing Analyst**

This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates closely with the headquarters' marketing, CRM, and acquisition teams.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and acquisition teams to extract insights from data and formulate actionable strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards on Looker Studio Dashboard/Metabase to track key marketing metrics and performance indicators.
- Utilize SQL and Python to manipulate and analyze large datasets, providing valuable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of data-driven marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimizing targeting, messaging, and channel allocation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics to continuously enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, develop analytical frameworks, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and special projects as required by senior management.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with proficiency in SQL and Python (Python is a plus)
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, customer analytics, and segmentation techniques.
- Experience with Looker Studio Dashboard and/or Metabase is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry or food delivery sector is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in the English language is required
