- Reviews, drafts and negotiate agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms, and amendments.
- Drives contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution. Manages contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input.
- Maintains a deep understanding of business contract templates, contract policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on various matters.
- Prepares contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations;
- Translates complex commercial/legal scenarios into simple language and action plans.
- Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.
- Other as assigned.

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- Minimum 7 years experience in Law (Contract drafting), of which 3 years experience in management level including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating in various areas of law or related fields.
- A lawyer license and Barrister-at-law are preferable.
- Knowledge of contract, commercial, and general business laws and regulations.
- Analytical, conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
