**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Sales Admin with a strong focus on Logistical and Sales Support to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Admin you will be working with the IPS Agency Team and its Intermediaries and play a crucial role in achieving the business objectives of the channel.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Logistical Support**:will be responsible for the preparation and coordination of agency related activities to drive recruitment and activation of Ignite Intermediaries and partners. These include venue and vendor coordination, travel requirements and preparation of materials needed to effectively execute programs and initiatives of the channel.
- ** Technology Support**:works directly with Intermediaries, Managers and Directors in troubleshooting and responding to inquiries related to the functionalities of the Ignite App. Also functions as the conduit between the Technology Team and Intermediaries in the reporting and resolution of bugs and errors in the Ignite App.
- ** Sales Support**:Works with various Insurers and Partners in the generation of offline quotes for customized/special products outside of the Ignite App.
- ** Performance Analytics Support**: Generates performance analytics reports required by management to analyze business performance to support sound decision making.
- ** Intermediary** **Engagement and Communications**:Drives targeted communications to drive engagement of intermediaries. Also works with Finance Partners in ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of referral fees and overrides of Intermediaries, Managers Directors and Partners.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
- Proven experience in agency sales administration or a similar capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
