สมัครโปรดคลิกที่ปุ่ม "Apply" **Job Description**: Job Descriptions: - Product Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the implementation of the new core banking system, aligning with business goals and objectives. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and senior management to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Requirements Prioritization: Lead the prioritization of product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business value, ensuring the development team focuses on delivering the most impactful functionality. - Agile Development: Serve as the voice of the customer within the Agile development process, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure that deliverables meet expectations and are aligned with the product vision. - Product Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization based on evolving business needs and market dynamics. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, design, and UX to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet user requirements and acceptance criteria. - Risk Management: Identify risks and dependencies early in the project lifecycle, working with stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure smooth execution of the implementation. - Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team, leveraging feedback loops, metrics, and retrospectives to drive iterative enhancements and optimize product performance. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus. - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a track record of successfully leading software development projects from concept to launch. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks. - Excellent communication in Thai and English, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization. - Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging metrics and KPIs to inform product strategy and prioritize features. - Technical proficiency and familiarity with software development processes, including knowledge of core banking products (deposits or loans) or financial services technology (preferred). - Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. - Problem-solving orientation with a proactive mindset, able to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
