Key Responsibilities:

- Association Representation: Act as Thai Stick’s primary representative in the association, attending meetings, forums, and events.
- Strategic Advocacy: Drive Thai Stick’s agenda within the association by advocating for policies and initiatives that promote the trade, export, and sustainable development of the green economy in Thailand.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including association members, government bodies, industry leaders, and international partners, to foster collaboration and drive shared goals.
- Regulatory Affairs: Work closely with government agencies and regulatory bodies to influence the development of fair, business-friendly regulations that support the export and trade of Thai cannabis products.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with association members to create policies and standards that advance the industry, focusing on sustainable trade practices, export development, and economic growth.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects that align with the association’s mission, ensuring that initiatives such as trade development programs, industry standards, and public awareness campaigns are successfully implemented.
- Communication and Reporting: Regularly update Thai Stick leadership on association activities, key developments, and outcomes. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on association meetings and discussions.
- Event Coordination: Participate in and help organize association events, such as industry summits, trade missions, and educational workshops, to promote Thai Stick’s objectives and the broader industry agenda.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data, regulatory updates, and industry trends to keep Thai Stick informed of opportunities and challenges within the industry.

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- Thai Native
- Bi-lingual - fluent in both Thai and English
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in industry representation, advocacy, or trade development, ideally within a regulatory or trade association context.
- Strong understanding of the green economy, particularly in the context of trade, export, and sustainable development
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- Familiarity with government relations and the regulatory landscape in Thailand, particularly in the cannabis or natural products sector, is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
