As a Supply Chain Planner, you will primarily focus on demand forecasting and conduct further analysis on assigned brands for stock management. You will be required to collaborate and negotiate with brands regarding stock allocations to support the commercial side in sales generation, FS support, and other activities. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with internal parties, including Commercial (Key Account Managers), Tech, Warehouse, and Customer Service, to achieve Operational Excellence

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain analysis for assigned brands, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with brands and internal teams to analyze and reconcile allocations, troubleshoot issues, and drive automation in the supply chain network.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes, ensuring accuracy in supply chain reports and performance evaluations.
- Optimize inventory ordering models and inbound capacity forecasts to enhance warehouse utilization and capacity planning.
- Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain to boost performance, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, focusing on continuous development and strategic growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, including stock management, order fulfillment, and warehouse management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to execute tasks efficiently and interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, or E-commerce industries is preferred.
- Self-motivated with good command of English and the ability to manage time efficiently.
