**Job Detail**:

- Accounting Junior Staff (23K-30K) (SDG-104446)
- เจ้าหน้าที่จูเนียร์ฝ่ายบัญชี-
- Visit client site and do the below accounting/finance tasks
- Proceed AP/AR
- Input data into internal system
- Issue Invoice
- Check bank statement for Confirm received money from customer
- Prepare receipt for Receive cheque or Receive money by transfer on our account
- Prepare or collect necessary documents for closing
- Check and Prepare report for prepaid withholding Tax, social insurance, value-added Tax
- Manage documents related to accounting
- Support senior staff in terms of preparing documents or checking situation
- Other tasks as assigned
- Senior Staff will give training- เข้าพบไซต์ของลูกค้าและทำงานด้านบัญชี/การเงินด้านล่าง
- ดำเนินการ AP/AR
- ป้อนข้อมูลเข้าระบบภายใน
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้
- ตรวจสอบ Bank Statement เพื่อยืนยันการรับเงินจากลูกค้า
- เตรียมใบเสร็จรับเงินสำหรับรับเช็คหรือรับเงินโดยโอนเข้าบัญชี
- จัดเตรียมหรือรวบรวมเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการปิดบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายล่วงหน้า ประกันสังคม ภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
- จัดการเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบัญชี
- สนับสนุนเจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสทั้งในด้านการเตรียมเอกสารหรือตรวจสอบสถานการณ์
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสจะฝึกอบรม
- Thai nationality, Female, age 24 - 30 years old- Bachelor's degree

・At least 2 years experience in accounting position in any industry
- ・Conversational high level of English
- ・Person who is flexible to the job scope
- ・Person who can work proactively and independently- ・Experience in working/studying in Japan
- ・JLPT N2 up or good skills in reading/writing
- Language Skill
- English level : Conversational
- Japanese level : None

- Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon - Fri)
