**How You'll Help**:
The Business Development Director will manage the sales, business development, marketing, and operations in your local market. This is a position for someone with great leadership, sales, and business development experience, with a strong entrepreneurial bent, and who takes a ton of initiative. **What You'll Do**:

- Manage regional booking targets, pipeline, and P&L
- Manage the sales, business development, and marketing team, focusing on performance and growth
- Hire and train new employees
- Expand into new markets
- Grow B2B partnerships, B2C channels, and other partners/affiliates
- Form and manage relationships with corporate partners, KOLs, and clients
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Meet with families, build personal connections with leads, help close sales, manage the sale process

**You'll be a good fit if you**:

- Must be a native Mandarin speaker
- Must have at least three years of experience in the education industry. This is flexible if a person has less education experience but a great deal of sales/recruitment/enrollment experience; experience working in college counseling/admission industry is a plus
- Must have experience with sales or business development, existing network/connection in the area is a plus
- Must be a strong written and oral communicator, organized, and attention to details
- Must have experience with sales or business development
- Must be a talented and experienced public speaker
