What You’ll Be Working On
Visual Design & Storytelling
Create engaging designs for social media, landing pages, ads, and websites
Design short video snippets, motion graphics, and animations for digital campaigns
Collaborate with marketers and copywriters to develop visual narratives
UX/UI & Website Design
Build conversion-optimized web and landing page designs using Adobe XD or Figma
Partner with developers to bring UX visions to life
Creative Collaboration
Bring campaign ideas to life alongside our marketing team
Participate in creative brainstorms and async feedback sessions
Manage multiple deliverables with clear task assignments and timelines in ClickUp
Who You Are (Freelancer Profile)
2-4 years of experience in graphic design or UX/UI
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD) and/or Figma
Creative, but structured—you know how to make beautiful things that work
Self-driven and confident working with remote tools like Slack & ClickUp
Passionate about digital marketing and design that converts
Bonus Points
Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro or After Effects)
Photography/videography skills for content creation
Familiarity with ClickUp, Trello, or other PM tools
