**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- The job holder is working in the Account Receivables department to deliver professional service with the team members.

**We count on you for**:

- Perform full accounts receivable services for Solvay group entities within the Asia Pacific region and comply with financial policies and procedures
- Processing of cash receipts in ERP systems and ensuring operations are performed on a timely basis according to SLAs, detailed procedures and respecting quality, compliance and customer satisfaction
- Performing month-end closing procedures and related reporting
- Support Accounting and Finance teams, including Audit requests regarding AR topics related
- Coordinate and support Service Center (SC) teams based in respective regions on a day-to-day basis for a defined AR domain in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate and work closely with Credit Management, Cash Collection and Customer Service teams to ensure procedures and organization are globally harmonized and aligned
- Identify any possible action to improve processes

**You can count on us for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Account receivable or Finance related function
- Good command in English language: writing and speaking
- Mandarin will be a plus
- Customer centricity and collaborative mindset
- Organizational and time-management skills and detail
- Flexible, can-do attitude with strong achievement drive
- Problem-Solving and Decision making skills
- Able to work overtime (when necessary) and handle pressure well
