Service Delivery Manager

The role of Service Delivery Manager oversees the coordination of multidisciplinary IT functional teams in the governance, assurance and improvement in service delivery. With an eye for perfection, and attention to detail and the ability to influence people the role will oversee IT service improvements in ITIL, in KPI, help to shape Service level agreements and service delivery.
**You will**
- The role will need to listen to customer feedback, to be capable of negotiating packages of work for service improvement. The service improvements will be picked up to manage by a project manager where the Service Delivery Manager helps to steer the governance, metrics and return on the efforts made.
- The role will analyse service reports from other functional teams, to identify trends, problems and set out internal improvement objectives.
- The Service Delivery Management will need to be able to present findings and updates to senior management.
- The role is a position of influence binding many teams together in successful service delivery
**Your skills**
- 8 years of experience as an IT professional
- 2 years of experience as a team leader
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management
- Experience presenting, negotiating with customers and senior stakeholders
- ITIL Qualified v3 /v4 - mandatory
- Project management - desirable
- IT security awareness - desirable
- Datacenter, cloud, workplace, network fundamental knowledge - desirable
- IT governance/assurance background - desirable
- Customer & stakeholder management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Negotiation and assertiveness skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Innovative thinker
- Good skills in both excel and PowerPoint to support customer discussions.
- ServiceNow knowledge - optional/desirable
- Fluent in English
