**1.Inspection and monitoring of school under control follow the company's policy.**
**(all school must have report at least once time a month for each school)**

**2. Conducting employee training and evaluation before starting work and annual training.**

**3. Supervise the recording of inspection documents of staff in each school that has**
**documented recordiing**

**4. Provide assistance and advice with chefs in matters such as food safety, food allergies,**
**Nutrition or other matters.**
