**Responsibilities**:

- Support Brand growth and solidify BOYY’s position as a key player in the luxury retail market
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with product knowledge and creating strong human connections
- Maintain the global client list for BOYY Store and support its growth by proactively identifying clienteling opportunities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and support long-term goals providing daily sales and footfall reports
- Analyze, track, maintain and exceed sales, customer experience and operational KPIs
- Manage internal stock and report any theft or damage to senior management
- Have a keen awareness of the local market and be able to identify opportunities
- Create weekly and monthly schedules, ensuring floor coverage and thinking strategically to maximize sales
- Model the way by inspiring, motivating and encouraging the team
- Train and develop the team through in the moment coaching and regular feedback sessions to improve individual and Team performances
- Support in Visual Merchandising
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all BOYY Employees
- Be available to work on shift from Monday to Sunday.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of sales experience in a luxury environment
- Fluent in both English and Thai (other languages are considered a plus)
- Experience in Microsoft Excel & Google for Business

**Skills**:

- Ability to prioritize, delegate projects and follow up with the Team
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability and desire to work in an international environment
- Be an excellent communicator and team player, able to adapt to any customer and / or situation
- Analytical and numerical skills
- Friendly, professional and inspiring attitude
