This position is responsible for project execution planning for FDS (Facilities Design & Solutions) Department that need the collaboration with cross-functional departments, contractors and partners.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Utilize planning expertise (business planning process and tools) to integrate, optimize, manage and publish the integrated offshore execution plan for FDS
- For Brownfield Offshore Construction - Providing 28-Day, 90-Day, and Annual visibility of offshore work activities, that sync with other teams, to maximize utilization of resources and accommodation following business priority.
- For Greenfield Offshore Installation & Decommissioning - Providing execution plan for all barges / vessels related to yearly campaign, integrated with Asset Development team & well factory cross-functional team and Asset Retirement team for the critical key milestones or deliverables of projects to meet the execution plan.
- Ensure all regular planning review meetings are conducted effectively and the plans are endorsed. Ensure ad hoc planning meetings take place to review re-prioritization or other unplanned schedule changes
- Single focal point for FE planning / scheduling activities. Lead the discussion on possible alternatives for decision making related to execution plan. Coordinate with others to seek for alignment and optimum solutions.
- Identify and feedback best practices, opportunities within the business that may further develop and improve the effectiveness of the asset planning process, procedures or protocols. On an ongoing basis be aware of changes in customers’ needs and look for opportunities for improvement of the service to better suit those needs
**Job Requirements**:
Technical:
- Have the engineering/science education background
- Understanding of offshore construction activities and the planning processes involved. (Resource loading and levelling, critical path planning, etc.)
- Knowledge on wellhead and pipeline installation and removal sequence and key activities for execution planning. (Vessel mob/demobilization, Mode changing, Support vessels requirement, critical path planning, etc.)
- Knowledge on Well Factory workflow, deliverables timeline, drilling schedule to be able to enhance cross-functional collaboration for optimized execution plan
- Understand the impact and priority of each offshore execution activities.
Business Focus:
- Ability to make sound decisions based on economics and business considerations
- Seek for continuously improvement in working process, independently challenges existing states and/or processes
Communication:
- Good communication in English, both speaking and writing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to engage, negotiate, facilitate or collaborate with others,
- Good computer skills - able to do data visualization, schedule planning, project planning
