**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee IT security process and framework of the Binance platform in Thailand
- Responsible for IT governance policies and frameworks and continuous improvement for Binance platform operations in Thailand
- Ensure Thailand's information security obligations for governance, regulatory and compliance matters are addressed
- Arrange annual risk assessment on IT security risk and propose mitigation measures to Thailand management team and Board of Directors of the company
- Drive annual IT audit plan, technical vulnerability assessment, and penetration test on Binance Thailand’s platform
- Review IT security risk for new projects and/or any integration with third party vendors
- Ensure all third party integrations follow required security standards including but not limited to SLA in contractual agreement
- Responsible for driving security incident management procedures as well as conduct annual BCP plan and drills for the company
- Discuss and structure risk remediation or other risk management plans together with Thailand's executive leadership and corresponding information security and IT teams in response to findings from risk assessments, internal and external penetration testing, or as a part of organizational incident response notifications

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in information technology, cyber security or related field.
- 7+ years of full-time experience in a security governance role
- Strong leadership and excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong knowledge and practical working experience in delivering global projects involving international data privacy and information security frameworks including NIST Cybersecurity & Privacy Framework, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, CIS, SOC 2 Type 1/2 Report, PCI-DSS and ISAE 3000
- Demonstrable work experience delivering effective business and technical security solutions, processes, tools, and project management in high performing teams
- A good working knowledge of the latest information technology security trends and emerging threats is essential
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Experience engaging with a regulatory body is a plus
- Relevant certifications are a plus: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and/or certifications from ISC2, ISACA and GIAC
