**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advertising Strategy**: Manage the advertising team to develop and execute compelling advertising strategies that resonate with our target audience, achieving our target goals in brand awareness.
- **Brand Management**: Safeguard and enhance our brand identity across diverse channels and platforms. Ensure our Brand Identity is nurtured through the various campaigns across our marketing team.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a Marketing Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in Advertising, Brand Management, Content Strategy, and Marketing Operations.

- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to inspire and align the team towards common goals.
