SUPPLY PLANNING OFFICER
Mccormick (Thailand) Ltd.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinates daily activities of shipment and documentation with our Agent and our co-packer in Thailand to ensure shipment will be shipped on time.
- Handling and gathering shipping document for shipment USA / Canada / EMEA
- Handling and gathering the List of containers for USA / Canada by weekly
- Handling and Gathering “ISF” from supplier and send to SAF-USA by weekly
- Handling and gathering the Summary Temp for shipment USA, EMEA and Canada by weekly
- Handling and gathering the Original shipping documents by courier for EMEA
- Ensures any necessary internal process documentation.
- Making decisions and solving problems on daily job.
- Training supplier about shipment, shipping document, container load ,Other supply chain activities to improve supplier performance
- Responsible for ensuring that proper shipping methods / co
- packer are being utilized
- Coordinate with AP-McCormick to monitor payment process will be on time as per payment terms and follow payment for co-packer when the payment overdue
- Collect data of RM, PM, Labor cost and/or key situation update as impact with product cost and supply
- Supplier Scorecard to follow up rating score with team and collect data and analyze result by yearly
- Prepare Total Spending data update for monthly team meeting report

**Qualification**:

- At lease 3 years experience in import - export procedure in food business, logistics and customers clearance.
- Good knowledge in export business and supply chain, logistics and customs clearance
- Ability to build close relationship and working well with Thai suppliers and overseas customers.

**This position will base at Bangkok Office, Thai CC Tower**
