As we expand into Asia, with a hub in Thailand, we are looking for a motivated Crew Lead to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of crew operations in a new market and to help shape the backbone of unforgettable festival experiences.

As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth crew operations, from planning and recruitment to on-site coordination. You will act as the central point of contact for crew members, suppliers, and internal teams, making sure everything runs seamlessly.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead the operational setup and daily management of the Crew Office.
- Oversee crew accreditation, access rights, and supplier information.
- Coordinate crew hotels, catering, and costumes, including budgets and invoicing.
- Recruit, brief, and manage Crew Office staff for different projects.
- Collect, process, and analyze data to support planning and reporting.
- Manage and update crew communications: crew website, guidelines, booklets, and manuals.
- Act as the link between suppliers, production teams, and crew to ensure flawless execution.

**MUST-HAVES**:

- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- A proactive mindset: you anticipate needs and turn challenges into solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Thai.
- Experience with Excel, online platforms, and project planning tools.
- Eye for detail and a structured way of working, ensuring accuracy in every step.
