- Greet and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take and serve coffee, bakery, and other food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
- Provide information about menu items, offer recommendations, and upsell when appropriate.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including tables, service areas, and equipment.
- Assist with the setup of displays and maintain the freshness and appearance of bakery items.
- Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints in a timely and polite manner.
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and health regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or F&B service is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of coffee-making techniques and bakery items.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in Thai; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team-oriented with a commitment to providing excellent service.
