Job Description

Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Project Associate. This position is based at our client site in Bangkok, Thailand.

Job Responsibilities:

- Set up meetings, create and distribute agendas, coordinate logistics for meetings, and complete various presentations for projects;
- Provide clear, concise, status reporting, and make sure the flow is consistent and of accurate and up to date information, on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis;
- Provide clear communications and reporting to senior management on a regular basis;
- Create and maintain the project plan tracker and weekly summaries and distribute to working group, and be knowledgeable of the details of the projects;
- Analyse and synthesize information from multiple different sources to create solutions and steps with milestones, dates, and owners.**Required Skills**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Management Officer;
- Prince 2 Foundation or CAPM Certification Required. Prince 2 or PMP Certification preferred;
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, leadership, written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to take accurate and concise meeting minutes;
- Ability to read large quantities of data for completeness and quality;
- Ability to produce clear and concise reporting;
- Strong data analytical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent client orientation skills;
- Proficient in Presentation software, with experience in developing and creating effective
