เวลาทำงาน : 09:00 - 18:00

เวลาทำงานอื่นๆ : Working 6 Days/ Week: Monday - Friday based on head office, Saturday based on work from home or construction sites.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- Manage a clear and clean project environment, including managing a team of technicians, sub-contractors, and site workers to work as planned. (On site meeting, you are site manager. Take responsible for all clear.)
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Construct manager or steak holders to update construction progress, On-site problems, Meeting etc.
- Prepare daily construction progress report and weekly site report summary.
- Control the operations of the contractors, technician or sub-con to be in accordance with the terms of the contract.
- Control on-site operation to meet construction standard and high quality.
- Report construction update, problem, order material.
- Manage site and construction problems.
- Other as assigned.

- ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 3ปีขึ้นไป

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ
- Proven working experience at least 3-5 years in site supervisor, site engineer or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture is a plus.
- Knowledge in Construction Drawing, Building construction, and Renovation.
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Well organized, systematic thinking and management skills.
- Able to visit construction sites.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and pressure situation.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Can work 6 Days / week.
