**Customer Engagement**:

- Provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist in processing orders and managing sales documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product offerings, features, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer needs and preferences.

**Reporting**:

- Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and support the team in achieving targets.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and preparing presentations.
- Maintain organized files and documentation relevant to sales activities.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in writing and spoken English and Thai. Proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese will be a plus.
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles is an advantage.
- Experience with technology and/or network equipment will be a plus.
- Equipment Requirements: A computer with a stable internet connection, a mobile phone, and a quiet home office environment are required.
- Time Commitment: Ability to maintain consistent daily work hours, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to independently complete tasks.

**Other Information**
- A quarterly performance bonus will be awarded based on performance and achievement of performance targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From ฿12,800.00 per month
