**Responsibilities**
- Setting strategic vision and guidance on major IT initiatives to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with business stakeholders and the IT&D leadership team.
- Representing the IT business partner to key stakeholders serves as a functional leader within the IT & Digital team.
- Liaising across all functional areas, including business units, IT & Digital, and outside vendors.
- Overseeing the launch of solutions and helping to maximize the positive impact on the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, and Technology Management.
- At least 10 years of working experience in one or multiple IT areas.
- Develop business requirements, process digitization, and analyze business impact.
- Participating in technology selection and creating a solution prototype collaborating with team members to ensure solution compatibility with company standards and met the objectives.
- Project management and support.
- Project financial and budget management.
