**What makes you remarkable?**
- Receive, check, accurately record into in-house document control system and distribute all Project technical documentation in an efficient and expeditious manner in accordance with agreed Project and Corporate Procedures
- Monitor movement of in - house and Client reviews of technical data
- Input progress information (received from discipline engineers or Project Control team) accurately within the in-house document control system at regular intervals, as specified by the project
- Produce reports on documentation and progress as requested
- Ensure that hard copy and electronic records / files are maintained in good order, to comply with QA requirements
- Contribute to compilation of final Project dossiers, As Built portfolios and the company archiving
- Produce exception reports on late documentation for management review
- Provide full co - operation for Document Control Group discipline audits, QA Group internal audits and external third - party audits. Rectify any agreed corrective actions / nonconformities should they arise
- Undertake other tasks as requested by the Document Control Supervisor or Chief Document Control
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Min 3 years direct experiences in Gas & Oil, Petrochemical or similar facilities, experience of FEED, EPC Projects is preferable
- Self - motivated, problem solving
- Good English language skills both written and verbal
- Good IT skills and knowledge of standard software such as MS Office and other standard software packages
