**In this role, you’re expected to**:
The **Regulatory Reporting Governance Lead **is a strategic professional who will have the unique opportunity to work in the fast-paced environment of a franchise-critical team, contributing significantly to regulatory and governance initiatives that are critical to Citi’s regulatory compliance and risk management framework. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. The Regulatory Reporting Governance Analyst will support the Regulatory Data Transformation (RDT) initiative to:

- Be the regulatory reporting project lead to ensure stability and provide oversight of overall project. Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports under the project and coordinate the resolution of data validation issues with the responsible data owners.
- Ensure full compliance with the Bank of Thailand’s RDT requirements as a key franchise regulatory project.
- Support the implementation and daily operation of the regulatory reporting as required by the Bank of Thailand.
- Represent the bank and be the point of contact for the regulatory reporting project, including regular/ad hoc meetings with senior officers from the regulator.
- Coordinate internally with related parties including the Technology team for data configuration, tool development and system configuration to implement regulatory reports.
- Run internal governance meetings and oversee the franchise-wide compliance risks and emerging risks related to regulatory reporting initiatives.
- Facilitate execution of regulatory reports, data validation and submission to the regulator.
- Facilitate coordination of BAU change management (automation in system, tool retirement) and ongoing data fixes.

**Other Key responsibilities**:

- Governance and oversight may include (not limited to) technology operational risk, risk for example.
- Resolves transactional level escalations coming from the vendor or internal partners.
- Analyzes a multitude of scorecards/performance management tools to mitigate exposure (risk/financial/regulatory)
- Monitors goals are met through performance, risk and relationship oversight of our extended supply chain.
- Collaborates to resolve any issues which fall within the terms of the contract.
- Develops and maintains relationships across the business users and Lines of Defense to better understand and deliver customer requirements by responding to changes in the internal and external business environment.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of institutional and regulatory Operations and Technology policies and risk.
- Knowledge and understanding of Banking operations.
- Highly proficient in MS Office - (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and database management.
- Program/ Project Management and Coordination experience is preferred.
- Highly detail oriented, exceptional analytical skills and effective leader and team player with ability to build and maintain relationships.
