Paymaster / Government Liaison

**Description**:
**What will I be doing?**
The Paymaster / Government liaison is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel’s payroll payment and maintains confidentiality of all information related to payroll records. The role will coordinate with Human Resources team for required report and ensure that payroll is run timely with accurate processing and full compliance with policies and government regulatory for taxes and report.
The role will support the organization to liaison between hotel and government section in regard to hotel operational license as required for hotel business. The role will support Finance department for administration assignments, maintain an orderly and efficient filing system for documents, properly label and filed for easy retrieval.
**What are we looking for?**
- University degree in Business Administration or similar.
- At least three years working experience, preferably in administration tasks.
- Good command of English communication both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail oriented and organized, positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement all assigned tasks.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required.
