**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- To perform special tasks by CCM/ ACCM covering operations in planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring and leading of cabin crew at base and hubs;
- Enforcing CCD Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure quality and standards are highly maintained;
- Mentor, coach, empower and guide (nurture close rapport) with SCC and CC;
- To build and maintain rapport with other stakeholders and other relevant departments;
- To attend to all e-VR feedback, compile, analyse and make due follow-up;
- Conduct Cabin Crew Appraisals and Observation Flights in relation to cabin crew performance and standards of safety and in-flight service (SCC/CC)
- To improve service standards by gathering guests feedback on overall in flight cabin experience;
- To support operations as backup crew (operating/ check) when required;
- To conduct non-regulatory training/ classes related to cabin operations when applicable;
- To observe pre/post -flight briefing and conduct transit check;
- Involvement on the overall CCD development and improvement;
- Produce monthly report pertaining to job performance of cabin crew for continuous performance improvement;
- To manage probation crew and recommend on their progress prior to confirmation;
- Other duties that may be assigned by CCM/ ACCM.
- To attend CC pre-flight briefing and/or transit flights.
- Responsible for ensuring the cabin operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in any filed of study
- At least 2 years of experience in operating working as a Senior Cabin Crew
- Excellent performance record and Good attendance records
- No safety failure (last two years)
- Excellent performance record
- Good attendance records
