**Marketing & Communication Officer/ Staff**

**Responsibility**:

- Develop and drive the creative marketing and communication strategies to attract

targeted audiences via offline and online marketing tools.
- Work closely with the strategy and product development unit to have a good

understanding of customer needs, business opportunities and challenges for
identifying suitable marketing communication solutions.
- Prepare agency briefs and statement of work documentation for the projects to achieve

the target timeline and budget requirement.
- Ensure that all communications and marketing materials looks connected and aligns

with the corporate and brand direction.
- Monitor the campaign’s performance and ROI as well as continue to improve them.
- Provide and analyses the meaningful insights of industry news and trends to internal

stakeholders.

**Qualification**:

- 3+ years of experience in brand & marketing communications experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of marketing and media landscape and keep track of trends and

developments in this area.
- Familiarity with graphic design is a plus.
- Able to prioritize work under time pressure
