Job Responsibility.
รับทราบแผนงานจากผู้บังคับบัญชา และทำงานร่วมกับทีม Customer Management สำหรับแนวทางการขาย และสินค้าใหม่-รับทราบแผนงานจากผู้บังคับบัญชา และ/หรือเข้าร่วมประชุมการวางแผนการทำงานร่วมกับ -ฝ่ายขาย เพื่อตรวจสอบและทบทวน Sales Forecast ทุกกลุ่มสินค้า (Alcohol, Non-Alcohol) ค้นหาแนวโน้มการขายกับยอดสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อปรับปรุงความแม่นยำในการประมาณการขาย-Supply Chain หรือ Demand ของแต่ละ Product Group ในการติดตามและประสานงาน ให้มีสินค้าเพียงพอตามที่ได้ทำ Forecast ไว้-ประชุมและวางแผนงานร่วมกับฝ่ายขนส่ง (TBL, Sermsuk) ในการวางแผนจัดส่งสินค้า -จัดทำรายงานยอดขายรายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน และการคาดการณ์การซื้อกับทีม Supply Chain(Demand) และ Logistic -จัดทำรายงานเพื่อสนับสนุกการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประวัติการขายและแนวโน้มในปัจจุบันให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา-จัดทำรายงานการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญในการคาดการณ์ยอดขายงบประมาณให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ -จัดทำรายงานการติดตามยอดขาย โดยเปรียบเทียบประมาณการที่ได้รับจาก Sale เพื่อไม่ให้มีสินค้าที่ไม่เคลื่อนไหว จำนวนมากเกินไป-แจ้งข้อกำหนดในการจำหน่ายสินค้าให้คลังสินค้า เพื่อจ่ายสินค้าแต่ละห้างฯให้ถูกต้องอย่างครบถ้วน-บริหารสินค้าที่เก็บคืนไม่ให้เสื่อมสภาพ-อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
Job Qualification.
ปริญญาตรี ด้านการบริหาร/การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง และมีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี-มีประสบการณ์การวางแผน/ประมาณการสั่งและกระจายสินค้าที่มีมากกว่า 50 SKU และต้องเป็นสินค้าอุปโภค/บริโภค กรณีเคยส่งสินค้าเข้าโมเดิร์นเทรดจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ-มีความสามารถในการทำงานหลายอย่างในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เคลื่อนไหวรวดเร็ว-สามารถพัฒนาและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานที่แข็งแกร่งกับเพื่อนร่วมงานในทีมและข้ามสายงาน-มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ กระตือรือร้น มีแรงจูงใจในการทำงาน ทำงานลักษณะ Pro-Active-มีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับให้เข้ากับลำดับความสำคัญที่เปลี่ยนแปลง-สามารถจัดระเบียบและจัดลำดับความสำคัญปริมาณงานเพื่อให้ตรงตามกำหนดเวลา.
