We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our startup team as a Technical Project Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing technical support operations and coordinating software development processes and workflows. As a crucial member of our growing startup, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, effective problem-solving, and efficient development practices.

Tasks
- Oversee the technical support team and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement support processes and workflows to efficiently handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and address customer support needs and concerns.
- Maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other resources to facilitate self-service customer support.
- Coordinate software development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, specifications, and deliverables.
- Establish and maintain project management processes and workflows, including task allocation, progress tracking, and risk management.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, ensuring effective coordination, knowledge sharing, and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements to streamline development cycles and enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement standardized processes and workflows for technical support operations and software development.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in existing processes and propose solutions.
- Document processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer within the team.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to monitor process adherence, identify deviations, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to technical support and software development, and incorporate them into process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Good verbal and written communication in English and Thai is a must
- Proven experience in technical support management and coordinating software development projects.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create and improve processes and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile and project management tools/software.
