**Who You Do**
- Sales and Customer development across Thailand
- Management of Global and Local accounts
- Achievement of Sales objectives
- Decide Inventory levels by forecasting Demand & Supply.
- After sales service to customer for better customer satisfaction.
- Customer profiling & customer categorization.
- Analyze market, product & competition trends.
- Maintaining customer database based on parameters like total turnover, market research, customer feedback, market competition.
- Goal oriented approaches towards business.
- Maintaining team work & transparency within a team.
- Liase with Internal customers and the principles.
- Opportunity Management. : Ensure healthy opportunity pipeline Management, Track opportunities and Wins on Monthly Basis
- Manage receivables.
- Build and Maintain long term client relationship.
- Pull Marketing & BD : Co-ordinate with Regional Marketing, INA Lab & BD Manager to develop high value projects with Brands

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's Degree () paired with 6+ years of related experience in a B2B2C environment OR
- Bachelor'' Degree (Cosmetology preferred) paired with 5+ years of related experience in a B2B2C environment OR
- Ph.D./M.B.A. paired 5+ with years of related experience in a B2B2C environment
- Domestic travel required up to 60%
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to develop business for technically differentiated products, preferred cosmetic Actives / Additives / Pigments / biocides, and pesticide
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Related industry experience in a B2B environment
- Understanding / Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs
- Highly team-oriented and customer-focused working style
- Technically adept to solve customer problems creatively
- Fluency in English
