Job Description:
1. *Daily Management*:

- Responsible for the daily management of the cleaning team, including work assignment, scheduling and attendance management.
- Ensure efficient execution of cleaning work in all areas and ensure the cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness of the work area.

2. *Team Training*:

- Train new employees and regularly train cleaning staff on professional knowledge and skills upgrading to ensure the quality of the team's work meets the standards.
- Instruct team members on the proper use of cleaning tools and equipment to ensure safe operation.

3. *Quality Supervision*:

- Regularly inspect and evaluate the cleaning quality of the work area to ensure compliance with the company's hygiene standards and customer requirements.
- Improve the cleaning process according to the actual situation to improve work efficiency and service level.

Appointment Requirements:
1. *Experience*:

- At least 3-5 years of janitorial or property management related work experience and at least 1-2 years of team management experience.
- Familiar with the use and maintenance of various types of cleaning equipment and chemical cleaning supplies.

2. *Skills*:

- Excellent management and organizational skills, able to rationalize team work and supervise the completion of tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to properly handle customer needs and unexpected situations.

3.Required Languages Must be able to use English and Thai.
