Work outline:
- Responsible for the overall growth of respective in Thailand for healthcare and Testing lab services and ensure that it is aligned with the overall respective global strategy and regional & country business development
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Sales planning and Sales Promotion strategy
- To set up sales strategy and action plan of healthcare and Clinical Diagnostics Testing lab services for Thailand aligning with the annual sales development strategy and medium term sale planning alignment.
- To generate area sales plan, sales planning for individual categories quarterly and yearly.
- To implement sales promotions, and other marketing activities as generated by management and regional & Global functions.
2. Achievement of sales target and generate market analysis
- Responsible for the overall growth of area sales target and objectives.
- To identify and develop strategy to expand existing key distributors.
- To generate and develop communication plans and presentation materials for objectives directed by management.
3. Develop hospital channel and Over-the-Counter channel to manage healthcare and Clinical Diagnostics Testing lab service in Thailand
- To identify and develop a strategy to expand new Sale and marketing Channel.
- To manage and implement procedure for sales and marketing, such as sales forecast, order process, delivery, digital platform including payment gateway.
- To plan and execute product training and marketing activities with customers, business partner, Joint venture, to upgrade knowledge and skills for Clinical Diagnostics portfolio sale channel.
- To communicate with business partner on sales strategy, marketing and company policies.
- To provide consultative advises for upbringing business plan and profit sharing sales business model.
- To build strategic network with healthcare services, Clinical Diagnostics institution, association, Human Clinical Testing lab, and personnel.
- To monitor and manage sale and marketing activities.
4. Reporting
- Monthly: Sales report, Customer Price report to management, Sell-out data to management
- Quarterly: Sales report includes sales plan by area and product.
- Yearly: Sales report includes sales plan by area and product.
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
Bachelor' s or Master Degree in Sciences or Medical Sciences or any related fields
3+ years working experience in healthcare business, Clinical Diagnostics Testing lab services
Strong experience and knowledge in healthcare, Clinical Diagnostics Testing lab services
Good command in English
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Workplace Area:
- Kasetsart University - Bangkhen campus
Working Hour:
- Mon - Fri (8:00 - 17.00)
