CNC Cutting Manager

- Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure detailed forecasting and planning of cutting room resources to ensure all operational requirements are planned and prioritized accordingly.
- Manage a team, providing clear direction and leadership.
- Ensure appropriate human resources are in place to ensure delivery of cutting room objectives on time.
- Liaise with members of the shoe production workforce as per the plan.
- Develop and implement procedures and standards as required to ensure on-time delivery to the next process.
- Lead the team to adopt professional work practices and maintain strong housekeeping.
- Ensure marker efficiencies are monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.
- With your experience, train staff on improved processes, saving fabric by improving marker consumption/yield.
- Maintain compliance at the cutting operation.
- Make the cutting plan as per the production plan.
- Lead the team and develop the team for the smooth operation of cutting.
- Cross-check the QC report with the physical receiving.
- Leather consumption shall be within the plan; if crossed, then take approval from the superior.
- Ensure the quantity and quality of every order.
- Maintain and repair CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Support business planning, budgeting, continuous improvement, and cost-saving measures.
- ** Requirement**:

- Qualifications and experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in CNC machining in the Footwear or garment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality systems.
