Nexus Property Consultants is seeking to hire a property valuer in the Bangkok, Thailand. This person will be working closely with our senior professionals to service our client requirements of property valuations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting property inspection, ownership investigation, market survey, and comparable data collection.
- Analyzing market trends and comparable property data to determine accurate property values.
- Preparing comprehensive valuation reports.
- Consulting clients on market conditions and property values.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or any related field.
- Property valuer certificates is an advantage.
- 1-year to 2-year experience in property valuation or any other real estate industry.

**Skills**:

- Analytical skills to analyze and interpret data related to property valuation.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communications.
- Good command in both Thai and English.
- Ability to travel upcountry with driver license.
