**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage end-to-end people relation process; recruitment, welcoming, retention and goodbye.**:

- **Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.**:

- **Create and implement effective onboarding plans.**:

- **Communicate to employees on issues about payroll and welfare & benefits.**:

- **Conduct exit interviews, analysis the report to management**:

- **Manage team report e.g. Employee records, Staff movement, Org chart, Budget, etc.**:

- **Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.**:

- **Support team activities**:

- **Perform other duties as assigned***:
