**Your Challenge**:
- Develop yearly Trade Plan that will bring sales and traffic to meet corporate/ Platform target
- Define strategic range/categories/Customer type which will lead traffic and sales to the platform by using data and customer research
- Responsible for driving sales performance by developing and initiating the competitive promotional program
- Responsible to work with CRM team to come up with effective CRM campaign/ mechanic for each life cycle of customers
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing team to make sure consumer and stores input into merchandise decisions
- Responsible for monitoring campaign in each period and take prompt action if necessary
- Responsible for conducting platform/ campaign analysis alongside business intelligence team to gain marketing insights.
- Define range plan based on platform strategy/ Customer type strategy by using consumer analytics to deliver sales against financial target ( 1P & 3P)
- Co create strong annual marketing plan with Trade Plan Manager
- Collaborate with commercial and Marketing Trade Plan team to make sure consumer and stores input into merchandise decisions
- Responsible for offering input to the finalization of the range assortment plan
- Collaborate with Seller team to ensure on availability of stock for any campaign planned
- Responsible for monitoring campaign on product assortment planning
**Requirements**:
- At least of 5-7 years in Marketing, Merchandising, or related field with experience in driving campaign development to revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, advertising or business) preferred
- Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to business objectives
- Organized team player
- Able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Outstanding communicator with strong presentation skills; excellent analytical skillset required
- Highly organized and creative problem solver with an attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, team-driven, and high energy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Willingness to interact, share ideas and work with individuals from other departments/ventures
