**Role Overview**

We are seeking a **Project Manager**responsible for planning, coordinating, and successfully implementing company projects—from inception to completion. This role involves working with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients, monitoring deadlines, budgets, and quality of execution.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Project Management
- Planning and managing projects at all stages initiation, implementation, monitoring, and closure.
- Creating project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitoring their implementation.
- Managing risks, changes, and priorities within projects.
- Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget, and with the required quality.
- Coordinating teams and contractors
- Coordinating the work of internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, technical specialists).
- Communicating with external contractors and partners.
- Setting tasks, monitoring execution, and meeting deadlines.
- Conducting regular status meetings and synchronizations.
- Working with Clients and Stakeholders
- Communicating with clients on project status, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Collecting and coordinating requirements, expectations, and changes.
- Preparing reports and presentations for clients and management.
- Managing expectations and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Control and Reporting
- Monitoring key project indicators (deadlines, budget, resources).
- Preparing regular reports for management.
- Maintaining project documentation.
- Analyzing project results and preparing recommendations for process improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and under changing conditions.
- Experience working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency (intermediate level or higher).
