- Expectations on Role and Responsibilities:
- Develops store business through excellent clienteling and KPIs performance (conversion rate,
cross selling, AVT, upselling, strategic zoning).
- Offer and excellent level couture service at all times across all categories.
- Mentors other client advisors on journey and KPI improvement and is a key teamplayer
- Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine.
- Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.
- Key competencies:
- Has a proven selling and clienteling skills.
- Has a collaborative mindset.
- Has excellent communication and story telling skills.
- Is able to sell all categories.
- Strong product knowledge to support the team in product maintenance, replenishment,
display.
- Is a contributor to the correct operations of the store.
