This position is a cross-functional role, you will be part of NI IP Routing Hardware Engineering. Functions will involve supporting NPI and sustaining engineering across all NI Routing Product lines. Daily tasks include product data management, NPI release to factories, product and component sustaining activities and driving product initiatives at the factories as required.

Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:

- Main stakeholder from component Obsolescence to completed qualification plan for localization.
- Work with Hardware, Software engineering and Product Line Management to align market exit strategy.
- Implement effective communication plans, define leading indicators on BOM health.
- Monthly Summary of qualification project for resource allocation.
- Hardware Engineering prime to plan, prioritize and execute qualification builds through the factory floor.
- Lead for all change related items related to given project. (ECO, MCO, Stop Orders)
- Local Technical resource to steer factory during critical issues.

**Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge)**
- 5+ years of project-related experience in NPI supply chain management.
- Proficient with Tableau/Power BI.
- Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel/Access. Experience with SQL would be an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of SMA methods, hardware assembly, and factory test processes.
- Previous experience with PDM tools.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nokia Create Process and Enovia data structures are an asset.
- Working knowledge of electronics hardware design concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent organization skills, with demonstrated ability to work independently to achieve individual and group goals.
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver success.
- Knowledge of the Nokia NI product line is an asset.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical (mechanical and electrical) drawings, schematics, BOM’s etc.
