**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clients with accurate and detailed information, addressing their needs and resolving their inquiries efficiently.
- Handle consultations with clients, offering guidance and support tailored to their specific requirements.
- Maintain high productivity levels by efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks.
- Ensure accuracy in all communications and documentation, keeping detailed records of client interactions.
- Continuously update your knowledge of company products and services to provide clients with the most current information."

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a UK-focused or international setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high productivity levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
