**The Data Integrity and Product Code Governance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product codes during the new product registration process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain robust data governance practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. If you understand data integrity principles and best practices including make data-driven, this position is for you.**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the end-to-end process of product code generation, registration, and maintenance in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Transformation Office, Marketing, IT and Quality Assurance, to define product code structures and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Validate and verify the generated product codes against existing codes and standards and collaborate with the New product Introduction (NPI )Team to ensure accuracy and consistency in the codes assigned to new products.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and communication of product code changes or updates.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data management systems and tools, supporting efficient product code governance.
- Participate in post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement process improvements for future NPI projects.

- Data Governance - Knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Ability to develop and implement data governance practices to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the organization.
- Attention to Detail - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.
- Analytical Skills - Strong analytical skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Ability to conduct data audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Product Coding and Naming Conventions - Understanding of product coding structures and naming conventions, such as GS1 standards. Experience in defining and managing product code structures that align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Organizational Skills - Strong organizational skills to manage and oversee the product code registration process. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or similar).**Experience**: 1-3 years’ experience as Planning and Production**Essential Skills Required**:

- Good command of written, spoken English language
- Knowledgeable in MS. Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of data integrity principles, data governance practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with product coding structures, naming conventions, and industry standards (e.g., GS1, ISO, FDA).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to work overtime, if needed
- Able to work in both Patumthani & Ayutthaya (Hi-Tech Industrial Estate)
